about 5 minutes. Barefoot Landing: about 5 minutes. Note: North Myrtle Beach is the
newer resort area, about 10 miles north of downtown Myrtle Beach and the
Pavilion. North
Myrtle Beach generally has fewer people on the beach than Myrtle Beach itself. North
Myrtle is more geared to families, children and mature adults than Myrtle Beach.

You may bring linens and towels or have the management company provide them for $15/set.
There is an outdoor pool and an outdoor hot tub.
There is a one time $40 cleaning fee.
All rentals in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach are subject to the sales and
accommodation tax that totals 12%.
The kitchen has most dishes and cooking utensils you will need. There is a
microwave, dishwasher, oven.
Laundry room is on the same (9th) floor.
The living room has cable internet connection and a TV/VCR with a DVD player.
This is a non-smoking condo. Thank you for understanding.
You may contact the owner directly using the form above. The management company will still
be used for getting your key, providing linens and towels (if ordered), doing the one-time
maid service and handling any other housekeeping matters. |
