Notes: This condo is privately owned. (The owner and his wife spent part of their honeymoon here in October 2004.) 
Linens, towels and departure maid service are included.
Guests may use all facilities at all three (3) Baywatch Towers. (But our Baywatch Tower 3 alone is really super.)
Tower 3 (where unit is located): Outdoor lazy river, swimming pool, kids pool, Sandtrap Bar and Grill (informal food, free hot appetizers at Happy Hour), Fishtails outdoor bar in season, indoor pool, indoor jacuzzi, laundry room
Tower 2: "Blue", the really nice restaurant (great morning brunch), outdoor pool, outdoor kids "water fountain" pool. The lobby has free coffee in the morning. The lobby reception desk is NOT our management company. They do rent out certain other units in the building (usually at quite a higher price due to their presence on site).  You should contact the owner or Elliot Realty, our management company regarding any housekeeping issues.
Tower 3: Fitness/exercise room, outdoor pool and hot tub, indoor lazy river
All rentals in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach are subject to the sales and accommodation tax that totals 11%.

The kitchen has most dishes and cooking utensils that you will need. There is a microwave, stove, oven, toaster.  Free high-speed internet!
There is an iron and ironing board. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom. Laundry room is downstairs.
The bathroom has a very large bathtub with Jacuzzi jets.
The Murphy bed is really comfortable and folds down from the living room wall.

Have children? For adults with children, you may consider adults on the living room Murphy bed and put the kids in the bedroom.
The comfortable Murphy bed has great views of the ocean in the morning with great sunrise views.
Both living room has a TV/VCR with a built-in DVD player and bedroom TV has VCR.

This is a non-smoking, no pets condo. Thank you for understanding.
