Prices do not include tax, departure cleaning. Linens available for $15/bed. The total balance of the charge is due at least 30 days prior to arrival date. A prepayment of half the rental rate is required to confirm a reservation and it must be received within five business days of confirming the reservation. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Upon receipt of the deposit, written confirmation will be sent showing the reserved unit, remaining balance and rental dates.
